We are still learning much about Hamilton and what his past life might have been. We currently are using him in the veterans program at this time.
Hamilton "Hami"
Hami came to the Rock in early 2026 and found his permanent home after being seized by the state of Indian and given emergency care.
Hami has gained more than 100 lbs and enjoys being handled and especially groomed. He loves children so he is undergoing evaluation for the camp and reading program to work with the children.
Hamilton Facts:

Hami loves peppermints, alfalfa cubes and all treats.

He is very curious and loves to touch everything and has shown no fear.

Due to possible halter abuse, he has scarring on his face and some paralysis on his muzzle.

He prefers humans over his herd mates.
